Before reporting an alert problem
- Confirm Finish alert says ON in the relevant task.
- Choose Sound + flash if you expect both channels.
- Check mute, pause, and quiet hours.
- Run Check all tabs in the DoneBeam control center.
- Include the DoneBeam version and browser version.

Current beta scope
The private beta supports ChatGPT in desktop Chrome. Edge, Firefox, Claude, mobile companion alerts, WhatsApp delivery, and team administration are planned but are not part of the current compatibility promise.
